About Disability Flexible Options

Provides assistance to people with a long term (>30yrs) disability who are ageing and/ or may be dependent on an ageing carer or other HACC eligible person.nFlexible package of services may include personal care, domestic assistance, minor home maintenance, shopping, social support and transport.nThis service is available to people living in the Southern C Group and is usually provided between 7 am and 8 pm, 7 days per week.nSelf referral is accepted.
