About Diversicare

Assistance to frail aged persons from culturally diverse backgrounds including people from Croatia, Netherlands, Poland, Vietnam and former Yugoslavia. Assistance is in the form of culturally and linguistically appropriate social support, domestic, shopping, meal preparation, appointments and in-home/centre based respite. Resp[ite days for groups are held monthly or bi-monthly. Servicing Brisbane South and Brisbane North.
