Community transport is available to transport to appointment, shopping and social occasions, Bus services, Neighbour Aid Service, friendship visits, assistance with shopping, social outings, accompanying clients to appointments, minor household tasks, Formal Linen Service. Flexible respite Service, Day Care, Peer support, Food Service (hot fresh or frozen): A hot lunch is delivered 7 days a week as needed by volunteers. They also provide assistance with meal preparation and food shopping. Also offer CACP's packages providing personal and home care.
