Service provides outreach service to early childhood centres and support for families of children with development needs or disabilities aged 3-6 years who attend preschool or long day care centres. itinerant support teachs and therapists cover the Cessnock, Maitland, Dungog and Singleton Areas and Musswellbrook Upper Hunter. Assisting in the development and co-ordination of Individual Service Plans for families, and assistance with the Transistion to School process.nOffices in Ashtonfield (Maitland, Cessnock, Singleton and Dungog) and Scone (Muswellbrook and upper Hunter).
