About East Grampians Health Service - Grampians/Pyrenees Palliative Care

Is a community based palliative care service offering health and emotional care and support to people with an incurable illness, their families and carers. Includes centres located at East Grampians Health Services Palliative Care - Ararat and Willaura campuses, Avoca Hospice Care and Stawell Palliative Care. Works in with District Nurses from Elmhurst Bush Nursing Centre, Lake Bolac Bush Nursing Centre, East Wimmera Health Services - St Arnaud campus, Beaufort and Skipton Health Service and Stawell Regional Health. Geographically, the service overrides three rural boundaries, these being the Ararat Rural City, Northern Grampians Shire and the Pyrenees Shire.
