Specialist Respite Care Day Service offering respite in a safe secure and home like environment for people with a dementing illness. Emergency respite is available. Activity programmes, are person orientated. Planned social outings for carers monthly and on-going support to carers as required. Ongoing monitoring of clients & carers to ensure care plans remain current and carers receiving support necessary. Staff who liaise on behalf of the care/client, with GP's and other relevant agencies such as ACAT, CCRC, CDU and COPS.
