Consumer Support Workers operate a part-time service providing information to people who are affected by mental health disorders on a range of topics including: advocacy services for consumers in the hospital and community, information about the rights and responsibilities of consumers, how consumers can raise any concerns about their treatment. The network also offers educational workshops on how consumers can participate in the planning and delivery of mental health services. The office is open at various time part time during the week.
