About Ethnic Community Aged Care Packages

Community Care Packages (CACP)are planned and co-ordinated packages of community care services to assist frail older people to remain in their homes. Services may include Domestic assistance, Personal Care, Meal assistance, Transport and respite for the carer and package is tailored to the needs of client. ACAT assesment with an approval for CACP is required to determine eligibility.
