About Far West HACC Services - Home Maintenance and Modification

For home maintenance and modifications, an Occupational Therapy (OT) Assessment is required. The OT's will assess the individual needs of the client and advise of these requirements. Services include installation of ramps, support rails, bathroom modifications etc. Other services include the supply and delivery of wood to HACC clients with wood heating who don't have family or anyone else that can do it for them; KeySafe spare key storage boxes (Costs $50 + $25 installation if required).
