Provides self care accommodation. The court consists of two 1 bedroom and 10 two bedroom units. Vitalcall personal alarms systems in each unit. Other facilities include: recreation rooms and handyman, birds are allowed. There is a waiting list. Accommodation cost is $250,000 for 2 bedroom and $190,000 for 1 bedroom. Southern Cross retain $50,000 over 5 year period. There is also a fortnightly maintenance payment of $115 for singles and $135 for couples.
