Intensive individual rehabilitation and recovery focused program for people aged 18 - 55 years who have a diagnosed mental illness. nAt least two goals for recovery need to be identified and a tailor made recovery plan will be developed collaboratively with the consumer. nGoals for recovery may include to improve self esteem, confidence, anxiety/symptom management. nService users must be reasonably stable and not a risk to staff and/or other clients. Medication needs to be managed by a community case manager or treating doctor. nA Young people's program for 18 - 25 year olds is available. nWe assist with links to employment and study options, and referrals to the Compeer Social program. nOccassionally run specific groups based on consumer need i.e. relapse prevention, Building Confidence for Employment, Cognitive Remediation and Orientation to recovery programs. nAccept referrals from Community Case Managers, G.P or Psychiatrist and other community agencies.
