About Flexibilty Plus Case Management and Brokerage Service

Providing a flexible and innovative case management and brokerage service for people with moderate to severe disability, those who have high, complex support needs and their carers.nPriority is given to people who have ageing carers who are at risk of premature or inappropriate long term residential care; those who are from ATSI or NESB background, live in rural and isolated communities or are not eligible for case management support from any other service.
