Referrals assessed individually.nRespite packages given to following n- High physical/medical support needs n- Ageing carers i.e. carers over 65 yrs (ATSI 45yrs)n- People not accessing or eligible for existing services n- Carers providing care for more 30 yrs (ATSI 10yrs) n- Families in crisis. nLimited support available for people with high physical needs in Wingecarribee and Eurobodalla LGAs. nVacation care/after school care for children with a disability aged 12-18 in Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama.nNew Funding n- short term project which ceases 30/6/2008 which provides Flexible respite for Ageing parent Carers in Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama areas. nPriorty given to unpaid carers over 70 (ATSI 45) or over 65 for carers requiring hospitalisation.n- One off Respite in Wollongong area for people with a disability under 65yrs. nProgram of planned In home care outside of normal office hours (up to 2 weeks of care in 2 years)
