Community rehab centre, provides a multi-disciplinary rehab service to enable clients who are disabled, frail, chronicall ill or recovering from a traumatic injury to achieve & retain optimal function and independence. Services include: Continence clinics, domiciliary services, equipment loans, hydrotherapy, nursing services, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, specialist geriatrician assessments, social work & speech pathologist.
