Services provided to clients in their own homes as an alternative to hostel care. All clients must have an ACAP assessment prior to service commencement. Fees may be negotiated in situations of financial hardship. Also co-ordinates CCPS Maryborough from the Hervey Bay centre. Provides care to frail, elderly people in their own homes. Also provides Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) pacages - (high care)
