About Fronditha Care - Northern Region

Services offered to the Greek community include - n- Volunteer Coordination (HACC) - volunteers visit homes, community centres and residential facilities to assist the frail aged or those with disabilities.n- Community Care Brokerage Service - provide Greek speaking personal care workers to assist clients who are frail aged or have disabilities and receive case management services from mainstream organisations. Services include personal care, home care, respite care and outings.n- Community Aged Care Packages - a support service for frail aged people who require a range of care services in their own housing developed through case management.n- Cultural Equitable Gateways Strategy - promotes awareness of and provides assistance in gaining access to Home and Community Care.n- Home Care - available for frail elderly, incapacitated or ill residents and those with disabilities to help with household duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and shopping.
