About Fusion Home Modification and Maintenance Service

Provides home modification with some maintenance to people of any age with a moderate to severe disability including frail aged and their carers. Fees - cost of material plus $16 p/hr. Modifications cannot be undertaken until a formal assessment has been conducted by an Occupational Therapist - this can be arranged prior to contacting Fusion by making contact with local ACAT/Community Health Services. It should be noted that modifications will take priority over maintenance work, but all work can be addressed within a two week period from initial contact. HACC funded.
