After hours contact Rockhampton Mental Health Service Acute Care Team (07) 4920 6111 or Gladstone Accident and Emergency Department (07) 4976 3200. Services provided to Banana and Gladstone Health Districts. Services include professional triage, assessment, treatment and case management for children, young people and adults with serious mental illness. Education, information and group programs are also delivered to the community. Professional team of Psychologists, Social Workers, Nurses and Specialist Medical Staff. Referrals are accepted from all sources including self-referrals. Referrals to be addressed to the Intake Officer.
