Meals consist of main meal, soup (during winter) dessert and juice. Special diets are catered for. Chilled meals are delivered once daily Monday to Friday between 10am and 1pm approximately. Frozen meals are offered for weekends and public holidays and are delivered with the daily meal. Microwaves, conventional ovens or frypans can be used to heat food. Clients receive a monthly account. Assessments are done initially by phone and later a staff member will visit the client in their home. nnMonthy Social Bus Outings at both Centres - Weekly Shopping Service, Woy Woy.nnA new service called "WHEELS TO MEALS" is held at Green Point Community Centre every Friday & involves meals, fun and social interaction. Each Friday has a different food theme - cost $13.00 with transport & $9.00 without transport. (Bookings/reservations essential by the Tuesday prior to the Friday attending)
