122 assisted care suites (hostel) set in a 5 acre garden. The extensive grounds have a rose garden, fish pond and a native garden. There is also a swimming pool and parking. Other facilities include balconies, internal laundries, recreation rooms, organised activities, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor games, BBQ, outdoor eating area, air conditioning, hairdresser, podiatrist, and a massage therapist. Tenure is by resident agreement. There is a waiting list in operation. Respite care is available. The facility is a member of the Aged Care Association Australia (ACAA).
