About Graceville

The Graceville service is a service of Lutheran Community Care which operates services throughout Queensland in the fields of aged care, disability support, family and youth support. The focus of all Graceville programs is to promote independance and valued status for individuals. Graceville supports people with disabilities to maintain their own health and well being, to maintain their home and also to develop and strengthen their relationships within the community. All support is provided with a view to enhancing independence and maximising involvement within the community.
