Low care residential accomodation providing support for 20 aged persons. Booked Respite available dependant on dates requested. Facility supports Ageing in Place.nThis service also provides 20 Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) CACP are Individual flexible and tailored packages of care provided to support eligible Frail Aged clients whom wish to remain living indepenantly in their own home for as long as possible. Services may include Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Transport, Meals, Shopping/banking assistance and respite for carer.
