Provides a support service to young adults with a ndisability to make the transition from school to community life. Provide support to access further learning through Griffith Adult Learning Association Inc and TAFE. Access mainstream services avalaible within the community to enable service users to develop their social and educational networks. Current services available to client accessing Post School Options include; Transition to Work and Day Activity funding through the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care or through a brokerage agreement.nAlso offer fee for service Respite Day Care
