About Group for Emotional and Mental Support (GEMS)

G.E.M.S. is a psycho-social rehabilitation support group, with a focus on recovery. G.E.M.S. helps people set achievable goals and meet them. People develop new skills or rekindle old ones, make new friends, build networks and learn new strategies. This friendship group meets at St Matthew's Church Hall 60 John St South for fun, fellowship, education & encouragement meeting times are - every Monday 1.00pm &10.00am Wednesdays. .
