Group support to persons suffering from mental health issues, for prevention as well as rehabilitation. A mutual self activation program for overcoming any human emotional problems and growing towards maturity. GROW is a 12 step program for self activation and mutual help for those who want to rebuild their lives after mental breakdowns. Group operates Tuesday 7pm-9pm in the Colonial meeting rooms behind St Thomas Church, corner William St and Hay St Port Macquarie. Please contact 1800 032 120 or 65524569 for details.
