Hammond Care's Dementia Respite Service supports carers of people suffering dementia by providing quality, flexible in-home respite program that can take clients out for a socialisation in the Gosford and Wyong LGA's.nProvides respite for carers of persons who have dementia with CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR. The Respite Service offers a commitment to deliver a plan of care that adds value to the lives of both the carer and the care recipient, provides individual care planning offering a choice and flexibility that the care recipient has control over, and provides an opportunity for the carer to have some quality time.
