About Hanover Welfare Services

Hanover's mission is to empower people who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, to enable them to take greater control over their lives and to stimulate and encourage change in Australian society to benefit them. This is achieved by delivering services, conducting research and by advocacy. nServices provided include the following- n- People experiencing a housing crisis may be given information, advice, or financial assistance.n- Referral to other services within the community.n- Crisis accommodation, transitional housing, financial aid and counselling for those that have already lost their home.n- Assistance for those wishing to return to study or work, but do not have the resources to do so by themselves.
