Hawthorn Community Respite House is a respite facility that provides overnight care and day respite for small groups of people .Respite options include:- Short Stay Overnight Breaks - Two-day breaks (W/E only)@ $25 per day (includes meals and transport) .nOther services offerred:-nMen's Club - Tues 10.30am - 3.30pm, support for up to 8 men in the earlier stages of dementia including social and recreational activities, $10 per day.nThursday Club - Thursday 10.30am-3pm,nDay support for people with dementia and who have higher needs, $10 per day.nWeekend Day Clubs - 10.30am - 3.30pm, 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sunday of the month. $10 per day ($5 for evening meal on Sat).nThe HACC services provided are : assessment , centre-based daycare , in-house respite , social support and transport.
