47 units on site comprising of single, double and interconnecting units. All units have a lounge, TV, whitegoods and crockery, kitchenette, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and courtyard. People can choose to bring their own furniture and goods if they wish. All meals are included. Linen and towels are laundered weekly and there is a community laundry available. Emergency buzzer system is optional. Proximity to support services, transport and shops. On site manager. No permanent nursing staff available, but eligible for HACC services. This is rental accommodation for seniors, independent living. An initial refundable tenancy bond (4 weeks rent) is required. No exit fees apply. One weekly rental fee excludes insurance, electricity and phone expenses.
