The goals of Hillsong Emerge Centres are to Instigate ongoing community change wherever Hillsong Emerge Centres are established such as a reduction in unemployment, anti-social behaviour, crime, drug & alcohol related issues and social isolation.nEmerge centres provide a number of programs such as Drug and alcohol services, Street Team cleaning and maintenance of houses, counselling, short courses and programs to assist prisoners, the sick, single parents, and others needing support to break out of a welfare/victim mindset.
