Hoban House is a low-care hostel providing comfortable accommodation for up to 47 aged residents. Close to transport, shops, bowling and golf clubs and other recreational facilities. Means tested fees apply. A means tested entry contribution applies only to those assessed as being able to afford it. The amount is refundable on a sliding scale as set by the Commonwealth Govt.
