About Home and Community Care (HACC) Development Project - Eastern Sydney

Facilitates the development of HACC services, and supports these services by providing information and access to resources. The HACC Development Project links community service providers and the Dept of Ageing and Disability and Home Care, and works with other community development workers to ensure HACC services are accessible to the community.
