About Home and Community Care - Springsure

Aims to assist frail older people, younger people with disabilities and their carers to continue living in the community for longer. This is achieved by delivering basic support services which can assist clients and their carers to cope with their day to day living situations. Primary goal of the agency is to keep the client as independent as possible and to only deliver services that the person can no longer safely attend to themselves. Services are provided on a priority basis and subject to available funding. Services listed are based in Springsure, but cover approximately 100klm radius from Springsure - also travel to Rolleston twice a week.
