Home Care provides a range of services at a subsidised cost to help frail aged and people with a disability to remain in their home. The Home Care Service will arrange essential shopping when there is no other alternative service available; they will also pay essential accounts but only if they can not be met by direct debit from clients' bank account or cheque account.
