About Home Care Service of NSW - Wellington

Home Care Service of NSW aims to help older people and people with disabilities to live independently in their own homes. Home Care assists those people with the greatest need because of personal circumstances or lack of resources. This means that Home Care is not able to help everyone who approaches them for assistance. nServices offered include: general housework, personal care (help with showering, eating and dressing), and respite care. All referrals for potential clients should be made to the Referral and Assessment Centre (RAC), by phone: tel. 1300 88 11 44 (preferred); fax 1300 88 11 84; or email RACentre@dadhc.nsw.gov.au nThe service is coordinated from the Mudgee Home Care office, which is open Monday to Friday, 9 am - 4 pm.
