About Home Hospice

Home Hospice cares for carers of patients nearing the end of a terminal illness who want to remain in their own homes. Caring is done by the patient's own loved ones, with medical care from their own general practitioner. Home Hospice provides through a trained coordinator open ended support to the carer/family to enable their loved one to stay at home right throughout their illness. Home Hospice is a registered charity and all support is free.
