About Home-Start - Gundagai, Tumut, Tumbarumba
Trained volunteers are matched to families with children 5 years and under and visit them weekly at home to offer support and to help parents who may be experiencing a crisis situation or to develop their social networks and parenting skills. They can also link families to services and support networks and organise group activities for families and children. Volunteers are not baby sitters or house cleaners.
