About Horizon Club

Service provides respite for carers of people with an dementing illness by providing a dementia-specific activity program within a secure and supportive environment. Club runs on Wednesdays and Fridays dependent on availability. Service is run in partnership with Greater Southern Area Health Service, Riverina Dementia Support, Baptist Community Services, Meals on Wheels, Volunteer Resource Centre, Alzheimer's Carers Support Group, and Meals provided by Meals On Wheels on a cost-recovery Basis.
