About Hurstville Community Mental Health Centre - Case Management Team

Case Management Teams work at the Community Mental Health Centres to offer ongoing treatment and support. This is mainly to people with long-term mental health disorders such as schizophrenia and mood disorders. The services offered by these teams include:nBilingual and bicultural services including counselling in Greek, Arabic, Cantonese and Macedonian (Interpreter services are available for other languages); Case management; Counselling; Education about mental health and illnesses; Home visits; Rehabilitation; Support services for the consumer, their family and/or their carers.
