i.d.entity.wa services are funded by the the Disability Services Commission, and the HACC Program plus by the Archdiocese of Perth. i.d.entity.wa provides services to people with intellectual disabilities of all ages .We specialise in services for people with high support needs - in particular, people with multiple disabilities, or people with intellectual disabilities who also have challenging behaviour.Respite services include:-nAdult Respite House;Children's Respite Houses-One North and one South of the River .Both offer care to up to six children at a time .Family Care ServicenRespite care in the family home from infants to adults .Provides families with regular breaks from their caring role nWeekends Away-Regular weekends away for small groups of adolescents and adults who need 1 to 1 carenAn opportunity to build friendships, and social skills.Also has supported accomodation for children and adults.
