Provides free information about services and products to support people with a disability and people with an ageing related disability, their families, carers and other supporters to self advocate, enabling them to make informed decisions about matters of importance to them in their daily life. Using specialist expertise, staff source information and then filter, interpret and disseminate on request, through a variety of methods for the benefit of the service user. Calls are attended to by friendly and knowledgeable Information Officers who listen to your enquiry and help link to appriopriate service to assist. All calls are treated confidentially.
