The Multi Service Outlet (previously known as Shoalhaven Aboriginal Aged and Disability Care Services '') is funded through the Case Management program.nThis service is for people with medium to high and complex needs, to enable them to stay at home.nIt provides a flexible approach to service delivery.nThere is a small budget to provide assistance in purchasing equipment for existing clients only.nFull assessment on referral.nService delivery is very flexible and may include areas such as personal care, domestic assistance, equipment, respite, transport.nA social support Co-ordinator is available 3 days per week.
