Monthly group meeting and activities for people with an intellectual disability, designed to increase confidence and participation.nVolunteers help run the meetings, but are not able to assist with administering medication.nThe meetings include assertiveness training, stranger danger and peer support.nAssists in teaching members about their rights and how to speak up for themselves.nBuilding is accessible.
