About Individual Support Program (ISP)

ISP aims to assist people with disabilities to live in the least restrictive environment in the community and exercise greater independence and control over their lives through increasing their participation in activities in the community. This is achieved through the provision of support (usually to a maximum of 34 hours per week). This support may include: support with activities of daily living, in the home or community, provided by a service provider of the clients choice, the purchase (or replacement) of adapitve equipment and other non-specialised personal care and related tasks, and can include respite.
