The following services are provided for the frail aged and people with disabilities from the Vietnamese, Cambodian and Laos ethnic communities.n- Planned Activity Group - day programs providing recreational activities.n- Vietnamese and Indo-Chinese Social Groups - meeting places are provided where they offer English classes and a light meal is served.
