Each case determined individually and by home visit assessment.nMeals and transport can be a part of service if required.nCarer support group 2nd Tues of month 9.30 am - 2 pm at the Fairy Meadow Community Health Centre. Transport and lunch provided.nServices include: in-home respite, home help, transport, companionship, home maintenance.nService is offered Monday to Friday with emergency support available for weekends.
