Inter-country casework and referral service for individuals and families requiring social work and similar services in an overseas country, including post-adoption tracing and tracing separated family members. Other services include: Mediation and assistance in child custody dispute situations, Assistance to families where a child has been abducted, Working with local authorities in circumstances involving child protection and child welfare matters, Undertaking a brief or full home assessment or home study, as required by a local authority, Providing information, referral and advice on intercountry adoption matters, and other services such as conveying a sensitive matter to a family member overseas, ascertaining the safety of a family member overseas or delivery of a court document.
