About JewishCare - Club 50

Club 50 is a social support group for survivors of the Shoah and their friends. It is a drop in centre with a home-like atmosphere to make you feel comfortable. The centre is open every weekday from 10am-3pm and people are welcome to drop in for a 'cuppa', a chat, to meet friends, or to join in activities or bus outings. As well as these daily social activities, Club 50 organises a monthly function which includes guest speakers, entertainment, morning tea and lunch. This function is held on the first Tuesday of each month in the Benefactors' Hall, 146 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst.nClub 50 also organises special activities and services such as visits to Rookwood Cemetery, the celebration of Jewish festivals and access to other JewishCare programs and services. The program is funded by The Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany Inc.
