About JewishCare - Counselling and Therapy

Qualified staff provide individual counselling and therapy to clients who are experiencing difficulties at some point during their life. A broad range of issues can be addressed including: loss and grief, relationships, self esteem, depression, anxiety, adjustment to changing life circumstances and domestic violence. Individual counselling and therapy are also provided to clients with a history of mental health issues, including addressing the impact of psychiatric diagnoses, and the stigma, which accompanies this label.
