About JewishCare Home Support Services- CAVOD Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) to eligible clients and CACP style services to Holocaust survivors and other members of the Community. CACPs are planned and coordinated packages of care to help older people remain living in their own homes. The types of services that may be provided as part of a CACP include: cleaning, bathing, showering, assistance with personal hygiene, social support, transport, laundry, meal preparation, and gardening. JewishCare provides 61 packages in the South East Sydney region (including 20 Russian specific packages and 6 Polish specific packages)and a similar programme for Holocaust survivors.
